Smart Choice Ranked Number One in the Triad

Smart Choice^® has received recognition on being one of Business Leader magazines’ Top 300 Small Business of the South. Smart Choice^® Agents Program was ranked number one in the Triad and ranked 7th in the South. This award was based on revenue growth, recent business achievements, civic participation and percentage of local sales. A network of 3,000-plus independent property and casualty agents based in High Point, the Smart Choice^® Agents Triad office opened in 1994.

Despite the tough economic time, Smart Choice has been able to grow by 10 percent in the last year. This office was ranked 7th top producing personal lines agency in the country by Insurance Journal’s top 100; ranked 30th largest overall insurance agency in the country in Insurance Journal’s top 100 and named one of Safeco Insurance’s H.K. Dent Society members, an honor bestowed on less than 8% of Safeco’s agents. Community involvement includes sponsorship of the two biggest charitable events in High Point this year — The 2011 High Point Criterium Bike Race and the lead sponsor of High Point Regional Hospital’s Premier Event.
