Michael joined Smart Choice® in July of 2018 as a part of the Inside Sales team. Michael took over the Inside Sales department in 2022, bringing with him years of customer service experience. He oversees the team and manages day-to-day operations of the department, which provides leads with an overview of the Smart Choice Agents Program.
