The Territory Manager position can be a very rewarding position as the TM recruits, trains, and mentors agencies for the Smart Choice Program. This is a commission only position that will allow you to build a revenue stream from the production of the agents you recruit into the program. This position can be very rewarding with no restrictions on the amount of money you can make. A new Territory Manager candidate will typically invest 18-24 months in initial recruiting and agency development to create a steady stream of income.
