Brett Allen joined Smart Choice in 2024 after beginning his insurance career as a producer with State Farm, leveraging a strong foundation in the industry and the discipline gained as a former Division I athlete. Seeking greater flexibility for his clients, he transitioned to the independent channel and launched his own agency in partnership with Smart Choice. Since then, his agency has experienced rapid growth, supported by Smart Choice’s extensive resources and carrier network. His performance and leadership were recognized when he was named Smart Choice Virginia Agent of the Year, underscoring his commitment to excellence and client service.
