Mark joined Smart Choice in August of 2022 as an Agency Experience Representative for Smart Start Personal Lines. Prior to joining the company, Mark was pursuing a double major in Marketing and Supply Chain Management at Appalachian State University. Mark brings with him six years of retail and customer service experience.
