Alexis Slama was named Vice President, Personal Lines Strategy & Operations in June 2026. She joined Smart Choice after serving with Applied Systems/EZLynx from 2017 to 2026, where she held leadership roles supporting insurance operations, customer experience, agency engagement, and strategic business initiatives. Alexis brings nearly a decade of experience in the insurance technology industry, with expertise in agency operations, customer success, operational strategy, business process improvement, and cross-functional leadership. In her role, she partners with executive leadership to drive strategic initiatives, operational excellence, agency growth, and the continued evolution of the Smart Start Personal Lines platform.
