Heather Newborn Gaston, CLCS, CIRP was named Vice President of Agency Growth and Performance in October 2026. Her role will focus on organic growth across retail working with the regional leaders, sales managers, and producers to enhance our sales process, producer recruiting & training and overall sales performance.

Heather brings more than 23 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience and an impressive track record of agency growth, sales leadership, producer development, and field enablement. Throughout her career, she has successfully built and operated insurance agencies, recruited and mentored independent agency owners, coached commercial producers, and partnered with leadership teams to drive sales performance and growth initiatives.
