State Director

Kim Carney is the State Director for Arkansas at Smart Choice®, bringing more than three decades of insurance industry experience and over 20 years with Smart Choice.

Throughout her career, Kim has built extensive experience in agency relations, personal lines, customer service, and business development. At Smart Choice, she works closely with independent agents to identify the right carrier opportunities, achieve production goals, and maximize commission and profit-sharing opportunities. She also supports Territory Managers in driving agency and market growth.

Before joining Smart Choice, Kim held several agency and insurance operations roles, giving her firsthand experience serving clients and managing books of business.
