Kimberly Coombs serves as an Agency Development Manager, supporting independent insurance agencies throughout North and South Carolina. In her role, Kim works closely with agency partners to streamline the contracting and onboarding process, provide administrative and compliance support, and help agents navigate the resources and opportunities available through Smart Choice.

In addition to her work in the insurance industry, Kim is an NCIDQ-certified interior designer and founder of MiK Creative Designs, a North Carolina-based design-build firm. Her entrepreneurial experience has equipped her with a strong foundation in business operations, project management, and client relationships. Kim brings a solutions-oriented approach and a commitment to exceptional service, helping agency partners build a strong foundation for continued growth and success.
