Personal Lines Risk Specialist

Konnor Bailey joined the Personal Lines Risk team supporting the Smart Start Personal Lines program.  He assists agents in evaluating coverage, identifying gaps, and placing business with the appropriate carriers to strengthen protection and improve overall policy performance for their clients.  Konnor works closely with agents on remarketing opportunities and coverage strategies to help maximize value and retention.  Before joining Smart Start, Konnor built experience in personal lines account management, handling a high-volume book of business while supporting policy reviews, client servicing, and coverage optimization. He also brings a strong background in relationship management and onboarding, helping drive engagement and long-term success.
