Nicole Hethcox

Vice President, Human Resources

Nicole Hethcox, SPHR, joined Smart Choice in May 2026 as Vice President of Human Resources, bringing over 25 years of Human Resources experience leading people strategies for multi-state organizations. She will oversee all Human Resources functions for Smart Choice and partner with leadership to support continued growth and operational success. Nicole earned her Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.
