Olga Ivchenko

State Director

Olga Ivchenko is the Colorado State Director for Smart Choice®, where she leads agency development and supports independent insurance agents through market access, carrier relationships, and strategic business guidance. Since joining Smart Choice in 2018, Olga has progressed from Territory Manager to State Director, bringing firsthand experience as a former independent agency owner to her leadership role.

With nearly a decade of insurance industry experience, Olga is passionate about building strong partnerships and helping agencies grow successful, sustainable businesses. She holds the CIC and AAI designations and is currently pursuing her MBA through Boston University’s Questrom School of Business.
