Rick was named National Development Manager in January 2025. He has over 16 years of insurance industry experience including sales training, management, and operations development. Prior to joining Smart Choice as the Western Territory Manager in 2014, Rick owned an independent agency, and held roles as Marketing Director, Product Manager and Sr. Territory Manager for non-standard auto carriers in TX.
