Spencer Witcher was named Vice President and Western Regional Director of Smart Choice in January 2023, leading growth strategy across the company’s western region.
Previously, Spencer served as a Territory Manager in California, where he played a key role in expanding Smart Choice’s presence and recruited a record number of new agencies to the program.
In his current role, Spencer works closely with state directors and territory managers across eight western states to drive agency recruitment, strengthen market presence, and provide strategic guidance to help independent agencies navigate an increasingly challenging insurance marketplace.
