Steven Ford is the State Director for Arizona at Smart Choice®, where he leads territory growth, supports field teams, and strengthens relationships with agency and carrier partners across the region.
With more than 33 years of insurance and sales leadership experience, Steven brings extensive expertise in agency development, strategic planning, marketing, and profitable growth. Since joining Smart Choice in 2015, he has held leadership roles in both commercial lines and state operations, helping grow his territory from approximately 70 agents to more than 570.
His career has centered on building strong teams, developing successful agency relationships, and creating strategies that drive long-term growth.
